Terms and conditions for attendees of .NET DeveloperDays 2024 Warsaw

I. General provisions
  1. The Organizer of the Event is DATA MASTER sp. z o.o..
  2. The Ordering Party is a natural person or a legal entity that orders services using the Registration Form available at https://registration.developerdays.eu/warsaw/.
  3. The Terms and Conditions for attendees of the Event form an integral part of the Registration Form and apply to all attendees.
II. Event admission
  1. The joint completion of the following steps entitles the Ordering Party to have admission to the Event:
  2. a. Filling out the Registration Form available at https://registration.developerdays.eu/warsaw/.
    b. Acknowledging by the Organizer the receipt of the Registration Form. The Organizer will inform the Ordering Party by the email about the receipt or nonreceipt of the said form.
    c. Sending the Organizer’s acknowledgement and the proforma invoice to the Ordering Party within two (2) business days since the receipt of the Registration Form.
    d. Transferring the payment as defined in item IV of the Terms and Conditions.
    e. Receiving the payment as specified in item II.1.d means closing the contractual agreement between the Ordering Party and the Organizer.
III. Terms and Conditions of the Event
  1. The conference — .NET DeveloperDays 2024 Warsaw — will take place on October 21 - 24, 2024 in Warsaw, in EXPO XXI Center on Prądzyńskiego 12/14 Street.
  2. The information about the Event fees is given on the Event website and/or in the Registration Form. The fee covers exclusively the items specified in the Event description published on the website.
  3. In the case of an Event fee determined in relation to a specific registration date, the day of receiving the payment by the Organizer is the day in relation to which the fee is fixed as final.
  4. The registration deadline passes on 18 October 2024. Registration after this date may be approved on the individual acceptance of the Organizer.
  5. The number of persons who The Ordering Party can delegate to attend the Event arises from the completed Registration Forms. The Ordering Party will name these attendees not later than 30 August 2024.
  6. The registration will be open till 18 October 2024. The Organizer will have the right to end the registration once all the seats available for the attendees have been booked.
  7. The Organizer will have the right to set the Event schedule and to change the said schedule, even on the day when the Event takes place; in particular, the Organizer will have the right to change the timetable and the order of presentations.
  8. As the number of seats is limited, the Organizer cannot guarantee an individual attendee the opportunity to participate in a particular session.
  9. The Ordering Party will be held responsible for any damages done within the venue premises by themselves or their representatives chosen by themselves to attend the Event.
  10. The Organizer will not be held liable for any belongings of the Ordering Party or of the representatives chosen by themselves to attend the Event, which may be lost, damaged or stolen during the Event.
  11. The Ordering Party agrees to comply with the safety rules, including but not limited to the fire safety rules, and also agrees to follow the instructions and orders regarding the organizational and technical issues, given by the Organizer’s representatives.
IV. Terms and Conditions of payment
  1. The payment method in force is the advance transfer payable on the proforma invoice issued by the Organizer. The advance payment is 100% of the Event fee as stated in the Registration form, unless the Parties agree otherwise. The payment should be made within the period stated in the proforma invoice, in 14 days after registration, but not later than 18 October 2024. If the payment is not credited to the Organizer’s bank account within the set date, the registration will be cancelled, unless the Ordering Party contacts Organizer in order to negotiate other payment terms.
  2. The Ordering Party that registers after the seven (7) days of the deadline before the event starts, will pay the Event fee on the received proforma invoice and will submit their transfer confirmation after being admitted to the Event.
  3. The Organizer will issue a VAT invoice for the Ordering Party within seven (7) days since the receipt of the payment.
  4. The Organizer will send electronic invoices to the email addresses of the person making the registration in the name of the group and all the registered attendees. Valid email addresses should be given by the Ordering Party using the Registration Form. The Organizer will not send paper invoices through the mail.
  5. The given fees are net prices and will be increased by VAT (23%).
  6. The special Event fees apply only to Ordering Parties registering online through the Registration Form.
  7. All wire transfers costs are responsibility of the Ordering Party and the net amount received into Organizer's account must match the total indicated on the invoice. Please use OUR wire transfer option or SEPA transfers within EU.
  8. Payments made by credit card or PayPal incur a transaction fee - 3%.
  9. Post-paid registrations are available at any time. If the Ordering Party would like to pay after the conference, normal registration should be conducted and Organizer should be notified in order to issue the proper invoice with prolonged payment deadline. Conditions of post-paid registrations consist of the following:
  10. a. only Last Minute prices are applicable and no discounts apply
    b. before the Event The Ordering Party must provide Organizer with a purchase order signed by the authorized person
    c. the payment deadline is 30 days after closing the Event.
  11. Any payments returned to the Ordering Party due to an error not dependent on Organizer (including double payments) incur a handling fee of 40 PLN/10 EUR.
V. Substitution and cancellation policy
  1. The Ordering Party that wishes to cancel their attendance in the Event will submit a befitting written a proper through email at info@developerdays.eu.
  2. The Organizer will confirm the receipt of the said statement through email at the address given in the Registration Form. In such a situation, the paid Event fee will be transferred back to a bank account indicated by the Ordering Party.
  3. Tickets sold at Super Early-Bird and Early-Bird price, as well as any tickets sold with a discount, are non-refundable.
  4. Tickets sold at Normal and Last Minute prices are refundable up to thirty (30) days before the Event for a handling fee of 40 PLN/10 EUR per attendee. Tickets are non-refundable less than thirty (30) days before the Event.
  5. The Ordering Party will have the right to substitute an attendee up to 2 weeks before the Event. In this case the paid Event fee will not be returned.
  6. In the event of non-appearance of an attendee, the Ordering Party will bear the event fee in full, as specified in the Registration Form.
VI. Changes in schedule and participation fees
  1. The Organizer will have the right to extend the registration period and — in consequence — to change the Event fee payment schedule.
  2. The Organizer will have the right to close the registration when the number of registered attendees exceeds the capacity of rooms where the Event is to take place.
  3. The Organizer will notify the Ordering Party about any changes in the Event schedule at https://developerdays.eu/warsaw/.
  4. The Organizer will have the right to exempt specific groups of attendees from registration fees or to decrease the fees for specific groups of attendees.
VII. Event cancellation
  1. The Organizer will make every effort to maintain the quality of the Event as specified in its description.
  2. The Organizer will have the right to cancel the Event if uncontrollable circumstances occur. The fees paid by the Ordering Party will not be reimbursed. The Ordering Party will have the right to move paid fee to the next edition of the Event or to resign.
  3. At the event of uncontrolled circumstances, including but not limited to:
  4. a. floods
    b. fires within the venue premises
    c. war or hostilities
    d. failure within the venue premises, including but not limited to a failure in the following systems: electrical installation, water and sewerage, gas installation, heating, air-conditioning, fire-protection or any other whose occurrence poses a threat to the safety and health of the attendees staying within the premises
    e. riot, commotion
    f. road, air or railroad disaster that makes both the access to the venue and the safe course of the Event impossible
    g. any other event whose occurrence makes carrying out the Event as planned impossible or that poses a threat to the safety and health of the attendees
  5. In the widest scope permitted by the laws of the Republic of Poland the Organizer will not be held liable for any damages suffered by the attendees in relation to the organizing, carrying out, cancelling or postponing of the Event. The Organizer will not be held liable for any benefits lost due to the said changes. In the event of the concurrence of contractual liability and general liability, an attendee may claim damages within the aforesaid limits, exclusively under the provisions herein.
VIII. Final provisions
  1. Additional provisions regarding the Event Attendees:
  2. a. By registering for the Event the Ordering Party enters into the contractual agreement to attend the Event and agrees to these Terms and Conditions, which form an integral part thereof.
